Prep Cook / Kitchen Prep Team Member

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in quality food preparation, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prep fresh ingredients, sauces, and recipes daily
• Chop vegetables, portion proteins, and organize kitchen stations
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support the line during busy service periods
• Help receive and organize deliveries

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable and punctual team player
• Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
• Strong Knife Skills
• Ability to self manage
• Knowledge of proper HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on a team in a busy kitchen environment
