We are building a hospitality-first dental experience where hygiene is not rushed, not transactional & not overlooked-it's a core part of how we care for people.

What We're Building

• 7am-9pm, 7 days/week access
• 15 operatories scaling to 20+
• Calm, efficient, well-supported environment
• Guests, not patients
• Systems that support you-not slow you down

Who You Are

• Licensed RDH in California
• Gentle, thorough & confident clinically
• Strong communicator (patients actually understand you)
• Calm, present & professional
• Takes ownership (no hand-holding needed)
• Values hospitality as much as clinical care

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality cleanings & preventive care
• Educate patients clearly & simply
• Support early diagnosis & case acceptance
• Maintain efficient, on-time flow without rushing
• Collaborate closely with dentists & front desk
• Create a calm, positive experience for every guest
