Position: Director of Statewide IT and Operations

Terms of Employment: Regular Full-Time/Exempt (NYCLU staff is currently working in a hybrid model; a number of in-person days will be required). This may require support outside of office hours and weekends for critical IT issues.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

This position is responsible for overseeing daily business operations for the NYC offices as well as 6 Regional Offices throughout the state, supporting Human Resources and managing IT infrastructure. This role requires a privacy-forward strategic thinker who can improve operational efficiency, lead technological initiatives, and ensure reliable, secure systems to support our organizational goals.

Drive organizational safeguarding and risk management, in coordination with counsel:
Supervise IT personnel and infrastructure (networks, systems, software and hardware) for a 100+ person organization:
Support the Director of People and Culture in managing HR and operational projects:
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational-wide planning and growth initiatives.
