You will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to promote continuity and ensure all testing aligns with established quality standards.<br /></div><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /></p><ul><li><p >Conduct comprehensive pulmonary function tests with attention to precision and patient-centered care<br /></p></li><li><p >Uphold quality control measures in accordance with department protocols<br /></p></li><li><p >Communicate effectively with patients and their families during high-stress situations<br /></p></li><li><p >Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals<br /></p></li><li><p >Accurately input patient data using electronic health systems<br /></p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b><br /></p><ul><li><p ><b>Experience:</b> Minimum of 2–3 years in Pulmonary Function Testing, including quality control practices<br /></p></li><li><p ><b>Education:</b> Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)<br /></p></li><li><p ><b>Licensure:</b> Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license required<br /></p></li><li><p ><b>Certifications:</b> Current BLS certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment)<br /></p></li><li><p ><b>Preferred:</b> Registered Pulmonary Therapist designation<br /></p></li></ul><p><b>Ideal Candidate Traits:</b><br /></p><ul><li><p >Creative problem-solver with minimal need for supervision<br /></p></li><li><p >Effective time management and planning skills<br /></p></li><li><p >Strong interpersonal communication, especially in emotionally charged situations<br /></p></li><li><p >Technically proficient in healthcare systems and data entry<br /></p></li></ul><p></p><div><b>Location:</b><br /></div><div> St. Peter’s Health – Helena, Montana<br /></div><div><br /></div><div> <i>Live and work in a community surrounded by natural beauty, with access to hiking, fishing, skiing, and a high quality of life.</i><br /></div><p></p><div><br /></div></span><br />PandoLogic.
