Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager | $110K–$125K

We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, multi-office professional services organization. This role leads a small accounting team and oversees core accounting functions in a project-based environment.

You’ll work closely with operational and executive leadership, playing a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, and improving financial visibility across the business. This is a highly visible position with strong opportunity to influence processes, reporting, and internal controls as the organization continues to grow.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team
• Manage month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Support accounting for project-based operations
• Partner with operational leaders to enhance reporting and insights
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and controls

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in professional services or project-based accounting
• Prior experience leading or mentoring accounting staff
