Dietitian
• The Dietitian, in collaboration with Dietary Services, acts as a resource to dietary staff to ensure delivery of a nutrition care program in accordance with standards established by the Arbour.
• Master's Degree Required
• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) in MA.
• Appropriately identifies patients at nutrition risk
• Assesses diet order based on patient's age, current
• Accurately assess physical limitations that may compromise nutritional status.
• Accurately calculate metabolic needs, i.e., energy, protein, fluid, and/or other specific nutrients.
• Recommends appropriate nutrition intervention based on subjective and objective data.
• Accurately documents the initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's nutritional status and progress as determined by chart review.

• Oversees the completion of diet slips three times a week for all patients with special dietary needs as observed by the manager of Dietary Services
