We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Hanford area that is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team. This organization is known for its strong operational presence, commitment to quality, and a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment uptime and leading a maintenance team across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure all equipment is running efficiently and minimizing downtime
Supervise and support maintenance technicians, planners, and parts room staff
Monitor and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs
Support installations, fabrication, equipment modifications, and major repair projects
Partner with production and leadership teams to prioritize maintenance needs and improve overall plant performance
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure adherence to safety standards

Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Experience working with manufacturing plant equipment
Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
