Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects, timelines, and day‑to‑day communication
• Complete required documentation and upload information through customer portals
• Coordinate shipping needs, quality requirements, and support customer audits
• Enter and update order details, pricing, and delivery information in the ERP system
• Resolve customer questions or issues related to schedule changes or shipments

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related environment
• Experience with production processes (such as fabrication, machining, or similar hands‑on manufacturing environments)
