Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Acute care experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Required Credentials: - Fluoro Permit required. Pending permits will be considered only if the permit application has already been submitted. - RCIS acceptable w/5+ years exp* - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation -Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited
Shift & Scheduling: - Call required; up to 4 days a week, varying based on need. - No weekend requirement.
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed and approved at time of submission. - All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years
