M&E Concierge FL is looking for Director of Nursing in Atlantis, FL. This local job opportunity with ID 3640129239 is live since 2026-04-16 04:48:36.

M&E Concierge FL Inc. is a boutique, patient-first healthcare organization delivering high-quality nursing and concierge care services across South Florida. We operate with a singular focus: ensuring the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every patient we serve - from the first visit to the last.

We are at an exciting inflection point. We are building our clinical infrastructure from the ground up, actively pursuing CHAP accreditation, and expanding our network through high-profile partnerships - including a forthcoming collaboration with a major medical institution in the Palm Beach area. This is a rare opportunity for a driven nursing leader to step into a pivotal role, shape a clinical program from its foundation, and grow alongside a company with a clear and ambitious trajectory.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Director of Nursing who is equal parts clinician, compliance expert, and startup leader. This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a fully built machine - it's for someone who wants to build one. You will be the clinical backbone of our operation, setting standards, managing accreditation readiness, and ensuring every patient file, every protocol, and every interaction reflects excellence.

If you are energized by ground-floor equity, motivated by ownership of outcomes, and ready to plant your flag in a growing organization - we want to meet you.

What You'll Own:

Clinical Operations & Quality

  • Oversee all nursing operations, care planning, and clinical outcomes across long-term and hospice care settings
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve infection control programs and patient safety protocols
  • Conduct and supervise medical assessments to ensure the highest standard of individualized patient care
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence

Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation

  • Serve as the organization's primary point of contact for CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) and/or AHCA accreditation - including unannounced site visits and spot-check readiness
  • Maintain audit-ready patient files and documentation at all times
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory standards governing long-term care and hospice operations
  • Lead the organization through the full CHAP accreditation process as we scale toward certification

Leadership & Organizational Growth

  • Partner directly with ownership to build clinical infrastructure, staffing models, and operational policies from the ground up
  • Recruit, train, and develop clinical support staff as the organization scales
  • Contribute to strategic planning conversations and help shape the long-term clinical vision of the organization

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a clinical leadership role (Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, or equivalent)
  • Experience with CHAP, AHCA, or equivalent accreditation body - including active preparation for or participation in unannounced inspections
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infection control protocols, care planning, and compliance standards in long-term care or hospice environments
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup or growth-stage organization
  • Strong documentation habits and the ability to maintain patient files to accreditation standards at all times
  • BSN required

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
  • Direct experience in hospice care settings (CHAP accreditation is a requirement for all hospice organizations)
  • Background as a Case Manager or clinical compliance lead in a home health or long-term care context
  • Prior experience building or scaling a clinical team from early-stage operations

Growth Trajectory:

This role is designed to grow with you. As M&E Concierge FL expands its patient census, achieves full accreditation, and activates new institutional partnerships across the Palm Beach market, the right candidate will have a clear path to broader clinical leadership and organizational influence. We are building something here - and we want our Director of Nursing to be part of that story from chapter one.

Compensation & Process

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

M&E Concierge FL Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
