Job Details

What You Will Do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize unplanned downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the CMMS
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and recommend process or tooling enhancements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety policies

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (24V DC through 480V AC)
• Working knowledge of PLCs and basic automation is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and compressed air systems
• Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment including occasional work at heights or in confined spaces
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
