Regional Clinical Onsite Manager
Novir, a Milwaukee-based company, is looking for exceptional talent for the position of Regional Clinical Operations Manager (RCOM) in FL, WI, and NC. This role is essential for scaling and optimizing onsite clinical services across senior living and post-acute care.

What You'll Own:
- Regional operations for onsite clinical programs (vaccinations and health services)
- Leadership of multi-site clinical teams (field staff and clinical leads)
- Clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence (HIPAA and state requirements)
- EMR and TRACK adoption, training, and optimization
- Workforce planning: hiring, onboarding, and credentialing
- Customer success, retention, and relationship management
What We're Looking For:
- RN required (BSN preferred)
- 3-5 years in multi-site clinical operations (SNF, AL, IL)
- Strong healthcare operations and informatics experience
- EMR experience (PCC, MatrixCare, Yardi, ECP)
- Proven leader in growth or fast-paced environments
- Process-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
