The OpportunityLeap Kids Dental in Pine Bluff is seeking a Pediatric Dentist - or a General Dentist passionate about treating children - to join a well-supported pediatric practice on a part-time basis. This role offers full-scope pediatric dentistry, a collaborative team, and access to strong specialty leadership.
Practice DetailsSchedule: Part-time (average less than 30 hours per week)
Patient Population: Pediatric patients
Setting: Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient

Full-scope pediatric dentistry
Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care
Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)
Shared referrals with Westrock Orthodontics (Pine Bluff location)
Peer support available
Provide high-quality pediatric dental care
Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow
Maintain strong standards for patient care and documentation
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Pediatric Dentist preferred
General Dentists considered if passionate about pediatric care
Pediatric experience preferred
Sedation experience a plus
